Contemporary Tumbler - Set of two mouthblown glass vessels by Lucie Claudia Podrabska
The Contemporary Tumbler cups are part of the exhibition CUPS, curated by Tableau and Liv Vaisberg, presented with Sovino Brands in occasion of 3 Days of Design and the 50th anniversary of the opening of Sommersko Cafe.
Crafted by the skilled hands of a father-son glasshouse in the Bohemian forest, Czech Republic. Each object is mouth-blown with intention, using crystal glass in a smokey grey tint.
This set of stemless vessels are a timeless tribute to the glassware of the 15th-century. Inspired by the ceremonial significance of wine goblets in medieval times, these pieces are a graceful blend of history and artistry. Adorned with decorative glass trails or blobs offering functional grip so the object doesn’t slip out of your hand.
MATERIALS: Crystal Glass
DIMENSIONS: 15 × 15 CM
